Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the lokei CLI, cloud dashboard, tunnel relay, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Open Growth Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

lokei provides local development tooling including HTTPS proxy with .test domains, a local Certificate Authority, DNS resolution, port management, and public tunnel relay for sharing local services over the internet.

Accounts

You may create an account by signing in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may claim one username per account. Usernames must not infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or contain offensive content. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content
• Transmit unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Host production workloads — the Service is designed for development and testing
• Use tunnels to expose services that violate third-party terms of service

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms.

Tunnels

Public tunnels route traffic from the internet through our relay to your local machine. You are solely responsible for the content and services you expose through tunnels. We do not inspect tunnel traffic but reserve the right to terminate tunnels that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Tunnel availability is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, latency, or throughput for tunnel connections.

API keys

API keys grant programmatic access to your account. Treat them as secrets. We are not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from compromised keys. You can revoke keys at any time from the dashboard.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, documentation, branding, and design, is owned by Open Growth Group Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You retain all rights to the code and content you develop using the Service. We claim no ownership over your projects, applications, or data.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPEN GROWTH GROUP INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Growth Group Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
